If No Recovery, No Fee is unsuccessful we will discuss with you the merits of taking Legal Action which can include pursuing the case through the small claims court.

If it will be in your favour, we can instruct a solicitor on your behalf, working with you to recover the amount through the courts.

Once your money is successfully recovered, we are of course at the end of the phone for any future recovery needs, we can also discuss ways to prevent debts becoming overdue in the first place.

Legal Process

For our clients, referring a case to court is often the last step, many find it daunting. We will discuss the merits of the case with you and the likelihood of recovering the debt, as often the small claims court can work against you and be extremely costly. If this route is chosen then we will recommend a suitable Solicitor who will be able to take the case over from us, alternatively, you could use your own solicitor.
